HOW
FAST CAN I EXPECT TO GET MY ORDER?
If the items you are
interested in are in stock we ship them out immediately.
If they are not in stock, you can expect the have them in 8-12 weeks.
HOW
DO I KNOW IF THE ITEMS I WOULD LIKE ARE IN STOCK?
You may call customer
service and inquire. As most items are made to order, we
generally do not keep items in stock.
CAN
I GET A COSTUME CATALOG IF I AM NOT A STUDIO OWNER?
The costume catalogs
are for the studio owners, directors and instructors.
At the time your request our costume catalog you will be asked
the name of your company. Written requests are asked to be submitted on company
letterhead.
IS
IT BEST TO HAVE MY INSTRUCTOR PLACE THE ORDER?
Yes. That way your order is cut from the same fabric dye lot.
It is faster and leaves less room for any error to occur.
WHAT
IS THE BEST SIZE FOR ME?

chart to assist you with the correct size for you or your dancer. Refer
to the price list for costume size availability. We do custom
sizes which are not returnable or exchangeable.
WHAT
IS YOUR SHIPPING PROCEDURE?
Orders are shipped via
UPS or Priority Postal for all regular ground shipments. Please allow 5-10 working days for the date of shipment to
receive your order. Express
shipments are available per your request for an additional cost. We do
ship worldwide. Fees are based on country.
CAN
I WASH MY GARMENTS? WHAT
ABOUT DRY-CLEANING?
Check the inside label
of our products. Do note
that any material containing sparkle, foil or glitter are not
recommended to be dry-cleaned. This
method of cleaning is too harsh for the garments and may destroy them.
IS
MY CREDIT CARD SAFE ON THIS SITE?
All transactions on
Marcea.com that transmit credit card information are protected via SSL
encryption. What this means is that your credit card information is
scrambled while being transmitted from your computer to our server.
WHAT
IS A BACK ORDER? WHEN
SHOULD I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Items that are in
production take anywhere from 4 – 8 weeks.
There are times that items become available faster, the moment
that are ready we ship them out to you.
It is our goal to get them to you as quickly as possible.
WHAT
SHOULD I DO IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN AN ITEM?
Please call customer
service for a RA (return authorization) number.
In order for us to process an exchange or return, the package
must contain an RA number on the outside of the package, otherwise the
package will be submitted back to you and further delay this process.
A copy of your invoice must accompany your return.
CAN
I RETURN M SPORT ITEMS? CAN I RETURN COSTUME ORDERS?
M-sport items may be
exchanged or returned within 21 days from the time you received them.
Costume orders are not returnable.
